Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Admin Assistant to support our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office, handling scheduling, correspondence, and document management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating internal and external communications.
  • Manage and organize office documents, files, and records.
  • Ensure efficient operation and address any administrative needs.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary is a plus.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven external Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving client growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Manage and track activities, providing regular reports on progress and achievements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and meetings.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and meet targets.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to sales.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
